This enables us to test capabilities with unprecedented levels of field modularity as a scalable field tester for providing and maintaining short-haul, long-haul, Fiber-To-The-X, Metro, Course Wavelength Division Multiplex and DWDM networks. Chenega Operations Services also has the cabability to perform video inspection and fiber characterization with video inspection probes, which are portable video inspection scopes used to verify fiber/optic terminations. With our advanced tools and high industry standards of training provided to our technicians, our personnel have the ability to test, troubleshoot, verify and most importantly, maximize the exsiting bandwidth available in the outside fiber plants. Through our work procedures and methods employed we ensure that our customers receive the full range of services available from a fiber plant medium, including digital image transmission, voice over fiber, broadband video transmission in streaming real-time; and digital and High Definition (HD) cable broadcasting, all across the same fiber strands. Our investment in maintaining high technical, and state of the art testing and work standards ensures that the customer capitalizes on the inherent standards of fiber-related media; saving on installation costs by eliminating the need to install new fiber/optic cable and also providing customers with scalability. This also makes changing or upgrading existing business needs easy to accommodate. Chenega Operations Services has performed work for the ACA Pacific Region for the 516th Signal Brigade for the Pacific and Pacific Rim, including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Okinawa and Japan.
