Chenega Operations Services personnel provides information technology support to the U.S. Naval Sea Logistics Center (NAVSEALOGCEN) to enhance their logistics tracking and support capabilities. NAVSEALOGCEN, with support from COS personnel, is involved in fleet-wide initiatives such as the Global Distance Support Center and Navy Enterprise Resource Planning. COS provides system design, analysis and development services in such areas as maintenance management, equipment/system analysis and supply readiness. Application development includes client technology using PowerBuilder, Web-enabled applications using Java, Javascript and ORACLE Application Server (OAS) and the creation of business objects using PL/SQL. Support includes relation database design and business process modeling utilizing automated design tools such as Allfusion modeling products. In addition COS performs logistics and engineering analysis and studies, and produces and distributes logistics products. Other support has included production operations and database migrations, as well as network administration. Chenega Operations Services brings to our customers a team to meet their needs on a global basis.
