Through the experience of its parent company, Chenega Corporation, Chenega Operations Services, LLC (COS) brings a strong functional background to all aspects of services required by the Federal Government. From the development of Statements of Work (SOW) through integrated process teams (IPT) to the independent development of task orders, COS has successfully worked with customers to ensure they receive products or services required to meet their mission.

COS also has experience in managing a wide array of functional activities for numerous projects at multiple locations throughout the United States and abroad. As such, we are able to provide materials and equipment, quality control, safety, environmental protection, security clearance processing, and medical screening to a very large, geographically dispersed employee base. COS is a proven performer in managing large complex programs.

Experience in Nationwide Recruiting

COS has substantial expertise in:

• Recruiting and retaining a highly skilled and certified force to operate at multiple sites          throughout the United States and abroad
      • Maintaining a database of company employees with associated skill repertoires.
      • Developing a database of potential employees at or near respective worksites.
      • Developing motivational/retention.
      • Developing and updating HR policies related to security and safety service.
      • Developing procedures and maintaining pertinent records to support the hiring of qualified         applicants.

To accomplish these tasks, COS has the support of recruiters and the necessary HR personnel maintained by Chenega Corporation. Chenega Corporation has grown from just over 400 personnel in 2001 to over 3,000 in 2006. We have added these positions based on additional task orders issued against existing contracts. We have also staffed positions requiring translators and TS SCI cleared personnel.

Experience in Big Company Processes

COS is a company with mature and developed processes readily available for use in supporting the numerous projects and personnel requirements needed by the Government. This means we are a company with in-place human resource capability to address labor law issues across the country, to include being an affirmative action employer, complying with the Service Contract and the Fair Labor Standards Acts, and addressing the benefit questions of employees in whatever State they reside. COS also maintains a mature accounting and finance department where the processes and controls for time records, purchasing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable support are already in place with nationwide payroll and financial tracking capability. We have established quality processes that ensure compliance with contract requirements, which means our quality processes are based on ISO standards or are tailored based upon the ISO system. COS possesses a robust Management Information Systems (MIS) capable of sustained data transfer for all processes to include the accounting, finance, HR, and daily message traffic which is a must in this technology age. Our MIS is maintainable and effective, ensuring crucial information and operational requirements are met and issues are corrected as necessary. Finally, we maintain an effective safety program tailored to the hazards encountered at each location and capable of addressing those hazards with all personnel.
