Chenega Operations Services provides support in the base operations and management arena in the form of minor project construction and in many cases work typically identified on Army and Navy installations as JOC (Job Order Contracting) or the Air Forces equivalent as SABER (Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineering Requirements). Construction provided within this realm is a vehicle to ensure both a speedy delivery of task orders and the ability to quickly mobilize work forces to the respective jobsites for work in support of base requirements. To this end Chenega Operations Services has been very successful both due to our management structure and philosophy which has resulted in enhanced customer relations and an empowered manager and management team at the project level. Chenega Operations Services is also affiliated with Domes International in the construction of minimal security facilities throughout CONUS and the Caribbean. This construction provides a reasonably priced alternative to conventional security facility construction within a compressed time frame. These facilities have proven to be durable with low maintenance costs while giving the flexibility to cater configurations to satisfy budgetary needs. Chenega Operations provides Construction Management services with our team members to support the design and construction requirements of various owner/agencies. These services include a full design team to include conceptual package to design completion, along with fiscal and schedule considerations.
